Saraland is a great community. We have great weather, low cost of living and things to do. Living in Saraland is convenient because it is close to a major highway and makes my commute easy during the week. We have decent public schools, but we do have a few private school options ...Read More
that most people say are worth the investment. The neighbors are very friendly. I really like that the homes are reasonably priced and the backyards are really big.
I love coffee, but we are lacking coffee shops. We only have Kangaroo Express which is okay, but it would be nice to have more options. We also do not have a lot of shopping options, but we are accessible to a lot of other towns. Overall, we could use a few more stores and places to eat.
Saraland is relatively safe. The police are active in the area. I have not had any issues here, but I just recommend taking normal precautions to keep your family safe.
