Paradise Valley Has Lost its Appeal 2 rating By Anonymous ( Aug 11, 2021) Dogs barking and chasing passersby, loud cars up and down the street day and night, broken down cars in yards, unkept lawns, the smell of marijuana emitting from select homes as one passes by.
