Van Wert, Ohio is a Beautiful Place to Grow Up 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I love living in Van Wart, Ohio. It is a beautiful community filled with kind and friendly people who are always willing to help others out. While it is a city, the feel of the area is close-knit and warm. The best areas of Van Wert are by far the little-known places. It is places like Smiley Park or Jubilee Park that make this city feel like a community. One of the best little-known places in Van Wert is Klosterman Pizza Co. From the outside this little pizza place may look like not a whole lot, but their pizza really packs a punch. It is truly a town gem.
The students at Van Wert schools take a lot of pride in their school and really take things seriously. This drive is truly infectious and creates a tremendous learning environment for other students coming into the system. It is a great place to learn and a beautiful place to grow up. Read Less
