ng lifestyle. The Ozark National Forest is very close and I think it's the best area in Van Buren. It has plenty of spots you can go hiking or camping in, or you can even just visit it for an afternoon.
Van Buren is a very affordable city and you won't have to spend a lot of money to have a nice home here. The local job market isn't the best and you won't have a great selection of jobs, but the cost of living easily compensates. You will need your own car living here. There is no public transit at all and since there aren't many stores in town, you'll probably have to drive around a bit.
