I worked as a substitute teacher 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( Mar 25, 2021) I live in Wichita, but work from time to time as a substitute teacher in Valley Center. The Valley Center School district was my favorite to sub at. The teachers, staff, and administration were always top notch, helpful, kind, and enjoyable to work with. The students often help o ...Read More ne another out and there is a strong sense of community, no matter where I go in Valley Center. Besides that, there is a lot of wide open space around the town and not too far from Wichita proper. I think it would be a great place to live, and then if you want to have some of the big city offerings, you are not far away. Read Less
