hey even have a small hospital. However, the people in Smithville seem very unfriendly, bordering on angry. Not sure if they are afraid of outsiders or if they are just nasty people, hard to tell. They seem to have this air of being better than everyone else, which is very off-putting to me. Everyone I work with, in Kansas City, told me to stay away from Smithville and I guess they are right.
