Scottsboro, from the Scottsboro Case to Unclaimed Baggage 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) I enjoy living in Scottsboro. Although the town is primarily known for the infamous and sad case of the Scottsboro Boys, the town has grown and has so much more to offer. Scottsboro is now known for it's Unclaimed Baggage Center, one of the coolest things in all of Alabama! Addit ...Read More ionally, Scottsboro is a nice place to raise a family. The town is small and the community is very family oriented, a vast majority of the town consists of families. The real estate in the town is very decently priced. The schools in the area are relatively small, which my kids don't mind at all.

Another great thing about Scottsboro is the weather! It practically never snows here. Occasionally we can get quite a bit of precipitation but for the most part it's mostly sunny in Scottsboro. Also, the natural scenery here is absolutely beautiful. During the summer, my kids have a blast exploring the surrounding woods and lounging by the Tennessee River. Read Less
