We Told You So! 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Mar 12, 2022) Best stalkers ever and you don't even need to be a Bollywood celebrity! Mother and son collaboration timing themselves in perfect precision to tail your every single move both in and out of the house! You will hear the woman of power tail you like a creature of prey as she presse ...Read More s on you behind the garden fence moving in for the final kill as often as possible, constantly waiting to watch, tailing you without remorse.

Playing on the air conditioning switches each and every time you step into your bathroom. You will get this neighbor constantly standing out in the front curb to watch you return from a trip to the grocery while timing her daily movement and schedule just to wait on every single person who shows up at your front door. Only to strike a casual conversation with them to gather free information about you and your home.

You will get her to come over to demand for her final pay out when she sees you put your house for sale. If she can't find any outgrowing roots into her boundary line, she will create one just the same. And to leave you with a thank you card to congratulate you on a job well done!

These will be the neighbors that you will have all around as dearly as any woman of pleasure waiting on to cheat, bully and laugh. Nothing else! Hear the last laugh best of all! You see the Garden of Eden is reserved only for the ones who possesses them, and everyone else owes to go down on all four to kiss the ground they walk on.

(I hope you read this dear good neighbor as it won't be worth my time and effort to be too explicit writing it underneath your profile. You should know who you are. See you soon, alligator! Do come by anytime you feel like it!) Read Less
TWO PEAS IN A POD! 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Oct 29, 2020) You get everything from this town should you fall into the ones they want. Otherwise you will get extreme isolation to hate crime harassment from the old to the young as well as from females followed by males consecutively. Whatever means they can wreck your life up they will an ...Read More d not just make you listen to their daily hissing and howling. You can be sure that they will accuse you of doing to them first!

Should they appear out from no where, it will be simply to be able to come up close to make you give into their unspoken demands whether parking themselves sitting comfortable in a chair while staring right into your side door or in chopping and uprooting your trees or simply to make you vacate your own home for their convenience. Your front parking spot belongs to them!

Neighbors who gang up with one another and play up nice to welcome you from the start by inviting you over to swim for example. It will not be long before this particular neighbor start adopting excessive loud barking dogs which pounce onto your fence to destroy your marriage as well as deter you from going to work.

You will get this one particular neighbor stepping out on her lawn each and every time you walk out from the house or when you come back from work which she will use to start a small talk. It starts with her playing up nice to make it seem that she is doing you a favor by sweeping up leaves which has blown into her side of the lawn. She will pretend to be constantly asking you for things you throw into your own garbage as well as ask if your garbage bin is available as she has run out of space in hers. She will then team up with another female neighbor to make sure the other friend let her two dogs run over to defecate on your lawn consistently and to watch that you remove and throw her pets' defecation into your own garbage bin. It will lasts for the rest of the time of your stay in that house and not just for a duration of many years.

You will find dead rats thrown into your yard and not just your driveway just to make sure that you see that you are being mobbed and to frighten and frustrate you while they laugh behind your back and not only that make fun of your pet dog as well. You will find large cats roaming over to your lawn to defecate on your patio closest to your kitchen windowsill and should you follow these cats back, it will lead to the homes of these two neighbors. Should you dare to confront them, you will get an increase amount of these defecation peaking to a direct physical clash to which these neighbor will barge right into your home armed with a large shovel to throw the dead rats which they themselves have implanted into your lawn and then threaten you with code enforcement!

You will get nothing while going about walking around the neighborhood but perfect strangers driving by to watch your every move from early morning to late into the night simply to ask you for direction, or simply to stop you from walking about as a way of obstruction and to which they will then turn round to shout profanity right into your face. On you way back to your house, you will find your surrounding neighbors ganging up quietly sitting inside their trucks simply to have the final satisfaction of laughing right into your face while you walk by. At all the other times, you can't even see or smell them anywhere in sight.

Price of gasoline is one of the highest in the country and large crater sized potholes are left all over the streets, not mentioning flat tires from nails, every other week. Traffic lights which go out consistently making it trying to drive round the streets.

Stores who do nothing but call upon their own preselected customers who go all out to shun you in that you will be dropped when your turn comes for the next person standing at the back of you. Your cash is laughed at while the cashiers pick them up to look as it is counterfeit while making it a social scene of mobbing and not only that you get them calling you names just as soon as you walk out from the store but before you are about to enter your car. Should you dare to go back and shop again, you get something else coming!

When it comes time for you to sell your house, you get neighbors calling in their close relation as well as contractors to come and compete with you just for the sake of being a bully. They will get their brood to come park their large trucks right in front of your home so that your FOR SALE SIGN will be blocked, and it will be this same time that you will find piles of defecation as well as large empty boxes and junk furniture suddenly appearing out in their side of the lawn, that is right beside your house. On every weekend when it comes time for you to open your house for the realtors, you will find some other neighbors blasting their loud Mariachi music around the clock followed by a late night of their children's disco pop music.

Meantime, your current revengeful neighbor whom you are in a clash with will suddenly wait on your every buyer which includes the plumber to the appraiser to dig out information about your house so as to use it to bad mouth your house to your future prospects. You can be sure that once her urge has been taken care of you will only find her driving off before returning just as soon as you step out into your lawn.

She will go about scanning her entire side of her lawn to ensure that she has a way to make you pay for your tree leaves which has been blowing over to her yard by demanding that you chop your trees down to the ground, if not uproot them altogether. She will come by to show you her electricity bill in that your trees are escalating her cost of maintaining her solar panel system and that you owe it to her more than ever to chop your trees down. Once she has gotten what she wants, she will still not leave you alone by to invite herself over to give you a cute thank you card.

On your way out after selling your house, you will find her laughing to her ball's content that her strategy has been successful and she has suddenly the means to hire a new gardener to upkeep her lawn. Talk about having the last say about things . . when all through the years of putting a pretense, she thinks she is the only bully on the face of the Earth. Read Less

This experience has been one of ...Read More the most difficult experiences in my life. For those who have to or want to move to San Bernardino let me give you the facts about what you need to know. The Bad: The main problem with this city is the large amount of crime, the apathetic police, aggressive homeless, shopping, and the character/manners of the a large majority of residents. There is so many homicides, robberies, and in between with how small the police force of around 200 officers that the chance of being arrested is so low because there are too many criminals in one place committing crimes all throughout the day and a huge amount of petty crimes of shoplifting like i had never seen before in my life. The same and some new shop lifters just keep coming in every week and we can't do anything to h ave them arrested or keep track of all of their faces, most went unreported since the police are always to busy to help and even after a coworker of mine was assaulted by a customer the police never showed up when called. The police sometimes show up but its hours after an event occurs. The natives to San Bernardino, and those who grew up in a similar environment are apathetic to most of it, what i saw in this city would be intolerable anywhere else in America and would be crushed immediately. I learned that i can never be apathetic to what happens in this city, that you have to have grown up in a war zone like this to accept it. The last main issue with this city is the homeless unlike other cities in America are very aggressive, and are hard to differ from someone who might pull a gun on you because of how similar they look. You will be at the drive thru, the grocery store parking lot, the park, anywhere in this city they will be and are encamped at the public parks around the city. It's one thing to politely ask for help or money but when you demanding for change and popping out of the shadows in the parking lot at night it needs to stop. When it comes to shopping there is very little which is centered around a swap meets, fast food, and discount stores. For those who enjoy dinning for more than $10 there is very little in the city since the majority of the city prefer cheap eats and left the midrange-upsale restaurants to close, this does not mean there is not good food if you know where to look. The Good:The only great thing in San Bernardino is, some of the great family owned restaurants in the town such as Rosia Maria's, Don Roman, Surfer Joes, Guang Lin American and Asian Fusion Cafe, Tempe House Spicy Food, Phil's Charbroiled Burgers, and Jose's Mexican Food. There are livable portions of San Bernardino which do have its difficulties but are much safer parts such as everything west of Waterman and North of Parkdale has the least amount of crime of the whole city and prices jump to around $1,100 in rent and up to $450,000 for the cost of a home. The other section of San Bernardino which is very affordable with home prices around $140,000 - $160,000 and has a lower crime rate (than most of the city but not as low as the upper northern part) is north of Baseline and west of the 215 on the west corner of San Bernardino, the very last section of town i would recommend if you had to live in this city is south of the 10 which borders Loma Linda, its almost a secluded part of town next to a lot of chain restrains found on hospitality lane which is a pretty safe part of town. THIS CITY IS FAIRLY KNOWN FOR ITS CORRUPTION ALL THROUGHOUT THE RANKS FROM THE MAYOR ON DOWN AND ITS ONGOING AND INTENTIONAL OPPRESSING OF ITS PEOPLE AND RESIDENTS. MANY WONDER WHY THE CONDITIONS ARE SO BAD. THERE IS A VERY SIMPLE ANSWER TO IT. IT IS BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THE TOWN WHO ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH POCKETING AND STEALING, OPPRESSING THE PEOPLE HARSHLY THAN PROMOTING THEM TO ACCOMPLISHMENT. THIS HORRIBLE CITY IS A VERY DIRECT CONSEQUENCE OF THE NAMES OF PEOPLE WHO RUN IT INTO THE GROUND EVERY DAY EVEN NOW AFTER BANKRUPTCY APRIL, 2017. San Bernardino - A Hip, But Unsafe City 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 05, 2010) When I worked in California, San Bernardino was a fun place to visit for trendy nightclubs with my co-workers. Overall, it does have fun shopping areas and a unique, "hip" culture. However, I would not recommend living in the city itself or raising a family there since San Bernar ...Read More dino has long battled high crime rates.

To speak a little bit more about the crime, San Bernardino is a major drug trafficking city. It is a major exporter of pot, cocaine, and other "hard" drugs. I have heard that many of the police officers don't even live in San Bernardino. If the police are staying away, the people that are supposed to protect the city of San Bernardino, then I think that speaks for itself.

The city does have some great Universities, and to its credit, is located near Orange County, a very wealthy county of California. The American Sports University and California State University, San Bernardino, are located within the city which brings some positive energy into the city. As far as diversity goes, the city is dominated by Latinos and Mexicans. It is a rather low-income city, which is strange considering its proximity to Orange County. Overall, I would recommend San Bernardino for its Latino culture and nightlife, but would advise to stay away for living purposes. As the saying goes, San Bernardino is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there! Read Less

      San Bernardino, CA

San Bernardino is a prominent community rich in cultural diversity. The influences of Mexican settlers, Mormon immigrants, and Native Americans can be seen throughout the city. Located in the California’s Southern Region, San Bernardino has received recognition for its scenic beauty coupled with a bustling city life. With over 215,000 residents and spanning 210 square kilometers, the city is one of the most populous in the region.

The colorful history of San Bernardino started in the 19th century when the Spanish settlers migrated to the area. They selected a fertile valley located at the majestic mountain range. The Spaniards also travelled throughout California preaching to Indian tribes. Father Dumetz made the trip from San Gabriel to San Bernardino and set up a revered altar. He planned on converting the Natives to Christianity. Father Dumetz named this area San Bernardino, after the patron saint of that day according to the Catholic calendar.

Pioneer trailblazers such as Kit Carson as well as Jedediah Smith spent most of their time at the valley during Spanish occupancy. From beautiful haciendas which were built for the Spanish homeowners to the ranchos, San Bernardino became a flourishing business hub in the region, a reputation it has retained to date. Today, the region is known for its affordable cost of living coupled with viable attractive sites for the resident's social and well-being.

Over time, the region floundered with growing pains and excitement. Despite the bad times, San Bernardino always rose from ashes and imposed itself as one of the best communities to call home in California. The city has transformed into a civilized, modern community with skyscrapers, state-of-the-art recreational facilities, a thriving hospitality industry, and a vibrant economy. The enduring vitality of the pioneers is evident in the pride of the society.

From excellent outdoor recreation facilities and public utilities to parks, and a diverse culture, San Bernardino offers a generous portion of everything you need for comfortable living. The city hosts national and international professional sporting events that endear it to many sport lovers and tourists. San Bernardino is a hub for outdoor recreational activities in Southern California, with the Mojave Desert being a prime spot. The city is served by a rich network of transport system, including road networks such as Route 66.

San Bernardino lies along Route 66, one of the region’s most iconic roads. This city’s well-developed transport system adds a touch of convenience to the whole experience of marveling at its cultural diversity, rich history, and beautiful scenery. The relatively low population density in the city makes it the ideal place to settle in or visit.

Regardless of being home to the first McDonald’s fast food restaurants and Museum, San Bernardino continues to display a broad and diverse range of different international cuisines. You can enjoy Italian, Japanese, and Indian any time you visit.
