I have lived in the Reidsville area all my life and have family here. This is a small rural town that is located between Greensboro, N.C. and Danville, V.A. Cost of living is low and the housing cost is reasonable. There is plenty of shopping in the area and what you can't find i ...Read More
n town, Greensboro is about 25 miles away. Since the textile mills and furniture manufacturers have outsourced and left the area, employment has lowered the standard of living here. Most in the town have to commute to their jobs.
Our schools have declined over the years, though we have a good number of kids that graduate. We are a church-going community and conservative in our views with family values. There are several parks, including Courtland Park and Sherwood Trail Greenway. If you like to work out, Reidsville has a local family gym. The weather is seasonally mild but is humid in the warmer parts of the year.
