area is overall NOT dog friendly, despite it's neighboring towns of Portola Valley and Woodside which are extremely dog friendly. Patrons here feel comfortable driving around the grounds and yelling out their windows when they see people, "breaking the rules." My Mom's neighbor with 3 little kids had to move out of the ranch due to so much bullying about her kids playing in the cul de sac. Where are kids supposed to play if they aren't allowed outside? This neighborhood truly needs a mentality revamp and to hold the bullies accountable for their actions.
