town when they go to the coast, keeping Highway 74 busy in the summer months.
There is a lot of history in the town. The John Blue House and Heritage Center is a large home that has been transformed into a center that features artifacts and displays. One of my favorite places to go and one of the only attractions for families to enjoy is the Outback Motorsports Complex. There are various events held at the complex during the year, such as dirtbike and ATV races. You can also take your off-road vehicles to the complex to ride them. There are a few trails on the property and nearby that you can walk on while getting a good view of the tracks as well.
