It’s Montana, so winters are cold. People are nicer and very community based. Nice groups of home schooled kids and decent public schools too. You won’t find a lot to do if you like nightlife or city life. Lots of fishing, hiking and rich retired people mixed with locals. Who ...Read More
are a bit crabby about more traffic and raised cost of living. A bit isolated in the bitteroot, as Hamilton is 45 minutes from Missoula, a liberal college town.
Unless you have family nearby and or lots of cash to blow on real estate, find a better place to live.
