Rural and Quiet 3 rating By Anonymous ( Jan 07, 2025) If your looking for a quiet rural wooded area that is 1/2 hour south of the Atlanta airport then Chattahoochee Hills might work for you. I work and live in the area. I value homes (D wayne F lowers A ppraisals on g oogle) and also list and sell them, so for me it's a live/work ar ...Read More ea. Crime is low. Cost of living can be low if you live outside of the Serenbe subdivision (high-end subdivision) in the area. The big negative is the commute to shopping aka groceries, retail centers, etc. Your most likely traveling about 1/2 hour to a retail center, unless you live in Serenbe which has shopping, retail, dining but again its on the higher end if you have that kind of budget.
