WARNING RE: Comfort Inn and Suites in Carbondale, Colorado 1 rating By Anonymous ( Jul 05, 2018) WARNING! Do not stay at this hotel if you are interested in protecting your valuables against theft! I stayed at this hotel with my family in January. My wedding ring and a souvenir that my wife bought for her mother were stolen. Even worse than the theft was the lie by the ...Read More hotel manager, Becci Hyde. She took my information and told me to be patient and that their insurance company would take care of my loss. After several weeks and several follow-up calls, the claims adjuster Joy Persson with Liberty Mutual denied the claim. There was no good excuse given for denying the claim. Still to this day, Comfort Inn & Suites in Carbondale Colorado has not taken responsibility. Additionally, they double billed me for my stay and it took almost a week to get the second charge removed. Again, stay away from this hotel! Read Less
